Everyone who reaches out to Loanwhich Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work at your home, begin by taking it up with the provider directly. Keep notes and photos, and keep everything in writing.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps us keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Know that Loanwhich Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider or act on a provider's behalf.

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed contractors.
